Beyond a doubt my favorite tailor in the world. I found Kathy because she did costumes for Drag Queens and they were gorgeous. I’m a bit chubby so I figured if she can make them look like sexy girls, she should have no trouble helping me look slimmer and taller. And it worked. I look great in everyt…hing she makes/alters and she is very sweet and loving. I call her friend now and bring her projects just to hang with her. Massively creative.

I’m so happy I brought my wedding dress to Kathy! I wanted to change it for our one year anniversary party. My dress was so big and heavy, I knew I wanted to remove all that while still keeping its charm. I took my dress to Kathy had she had a beautiful vision. She’s very experienced and her work is… clean. She made what I wanted come true and her extra touches made my dress even more beautiful.

Kathy is so great. She took this wedding dress which was too big, and altered it perfectly to me & added a bustle! I truly felt amazing & it’s thanks to Kathy. She is also incredibly reasonably priced. She gave me tips for the wedding & getting ready during our fittings, and I overall had a 5/5 expe…rience.

Kathy worked on my wedding dress. A little background on my dress. It was an heirloom handed down to me from a friend who’s been like a mom to me. She was married in the early 1990s. Entirely lace and entirely beaded and had a 8-9 foot train satin with beaded accents. It was 80s/90s style and Kathy …modernized it beautifully. She took out the poofy shoulders, customized the neck line, added a beautiful tulle mermaid bottom and also removed the poofy train too. She was so patient with me considering I went up and down in my weight throughout the process. Excellent prices. I highly recommend her. A little advice before you choose any seamstress for your special day, make sure you are fully loaded with patience this is a process you do not want to rush. Take your time and try to enjoy it. It goes by so fast.
