We came in with a very unique request. My Dad was gravely ill in the ICU when he and his long time love decided to make it official with an ICU wedding (he’s 82)! When we first came in, I asked for something small like a first communion veil, but after showing us several that were suited for little …girls, our lovely shop owner then realized what was going on and said just a minute and came back with the perfect small, simple veil that was perfect for the occasion. She and my soon to be stepmom both had tears in their eyes, and she put the veil on her, gave her a hug and said “gratis” 💖 the tenderness and warmth that she showed us during an emotional time will never be forgotten. Thank you! P.S. My Dad defied all the odds and made it out of the ICU and is now back home, enjoying his lovely garden in his home in Taos with his new bride! An answer to a lot of prayers and generosity of spirit from all of those around us, including this lovely woman at Bonitas 🫶
