We hosted the medical school annual formal there in early March, expecting > 400 people. Utilizing both the indoor and outdoor areas, we created an environment that was suitable for a "club" feel, as well as more relaxed gathering area with plenty of seating. We had the bonfire and gazebo chiminea l…it, made s'mores, and had 1 outdoor & 2 indoor bars. Velouria was WONDERFUL at getting things handled leading up to and throughout the event - she has an eye for how things should go together and even made suggestions on how to set things up. The chef (cannot remember his name) was VERY accomodating, creating a buffet of appetizers for vegan, kosher, and halal diets that was absolutely delicious and fit our budget well.
