Karen is absolutely amazing in the wedding and events business! Our wedding was in mid-October, and we got hit by a random heavy snowstorm in Red River. On the morning of our big day, our big outdoor tent collapsed with all the chairs, tables, and everything inside, and then the power went out for h…ours. Karen and her team jumped in right away and went above and beyond to come up with solutions. She found us an indoor venue at no extra cost and they got straight to work in the dark because of the power outage. Thankfully, the power came back on with 20 minutes to spare, which was a huge relief. But even if it hadn’t, Karen and her staff had the venue set up so beautifully, it would have been a lovely evening no matter what. Thanks so much, Karen, for everything! You turned a potential disaster into an amazing and unforgettable wedding day. Your service and dedication are truly the best!

The Lovely Karen Kelly planned our wedding held in Red River, NM on 5/5/19. My husband and I live 7 hours away. You would think letting a stranger plan your wedding would be scary but Karen never once felt like a stranger. The first time I spoke with her she won my heart. She was so kind, calm, sw…eet and reassuring. This is her thing, she does her job so so well and she's cool as a cucumber. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She's such a great help and thinks of it all. Seriously its worry free with Karen around. My husband, 9 month old son and family were all smitten with her. She's precious, so very special and darling beyond words. Our wedding was perfect and she stayed with us all day long. True and genuine customer service. I cannot wait to go back to visit Red River but also to reconnect with our precious Karen and the small community of good folks. My husband accidentally left his 4 year sobriety chip necklace at the 4k penthouse we stayed at. Karen and Resort Realty went above and beyond to locate it and get back to us. Y'all people like Karen are seriously one in a million, they don't make them like her any more. ❤ My one regret is not getting a picture with her.
