If (for some reason) my wife and I were to re-do our entire wedding, with all lessons learned, the first thing we would do is hire LLWE again. Shelby gave us structure and organization from the chaotic early phases of planning to the unanticipated changes day-of. She provided up-to-date granular che…cklists, she gave us hard deadlines, and she gave us heaps and heaps of wisdom she's learned from years in the business. We had a lot of questions at many steps during this process; things are expensive and not crystal clear; and a misstep can be costly. Shelby has been incredibly reliable throughout the entire process - taking hours of work off our hands as she corosponded with vendors, chased down details, and organized our efforts into a cohesive smooth wedding.

Shelby was our coordinator extraordinaire and walked us through every step of the way. She was incredibly organized, professional, knowledgeable and jus…t an all around great person! We would 100% recommend her for anyone looking to get married or plan a major event. She has exceeded our expectations in ever way. She put us in touch with amazing vendors who all turned out to be high quality, just like her! Even more impressive is that we planned our event from afar, communication was a breeze and frequency was perfect for planning a large event into reasonable chunks of time. I felt like she was always readily available to help out if I had questions or concerns when reviewing options for our ceremony.
She helped us with the big picture down to the smallest details: creative planning, gathering a vision for the event and the tiny day-of details that just made the day absolutely perfect. We couldn't have done it without you Shelby! Thank you so much for your help.
If you are getting married or planning a major event the second phone call you should be making after telling your family is to La Luz to get them on the books ASAP!! They are that good!! Courtney coordinated with all of my vendors pre wedding day… and had a ton of helpful templates to help you organize and plan your wedding.
On the actual wedding day, she made everything flow so smoothly that my husband and I were able to just enjoy the day with our friends and family instead of stressing about what was supposed to happen next. It felt like everything magically fell into place, but we know it was really Courtney behind the scenes making it all happen. I used rental flowers and was so worried that some of the arrangements would be lost or thrown away. Courtney and her team ensured everything was set up perfectly and that everything was boxed up and ready to go at the end of the night while everyone was enjoying themselves and dancing.
One thing we loved is how she kept finding us throughout the night with food and drinks, making sure we actually ate and stayed hydrated. It was such a small thing, but it meant so much and made us feel genuinely cared for.

Our Santa Fe wedding was absolutely perfect and it is all thanks to Courtney and her exceptional work in helping us plan our wedding for the past year. She is both a calming presence and doesn't miss a detail, two qualities which are rare to find together in one person.
We were working with a somew…hat non-traditional wedding venue that required a more DIY approach in bringing together a lot of different vendors and Courtney did not shy away from any challenges thrown our way.
