Meredith truly made our wedding possible. She took my vision and made my dream wedding a reality. It was absolutely insane that I got to step in to my inspiration picture almost exactly. She sourced everything perfectly! It was absolutely beautiful and everyone we talk to can't stop commenting on ho…w perfect everything was. It was such a relief to be able to sit back and let Meredith handle the details. Also, she prides herself on protecting the bride the day of, and boy did she! I was shielded from the stress of venue mistakes, last minute decisions on location changes, grooms forgetting parts of tuxes, and when my dress became covered in mud before the ceremony, she calmly said, "we got this" and took out her magic pen and chalk to make my dress look like new just in time to walk down the aisle. I love that she loves weddings and champions for a couple in love. If you want to give away the stress of wedding planning, I recommend giving it to Meredith! She welcomes it :-)

I put off writing this review for a while, because I don't even know how to put into words what Meredith did for us. We felt really lost with planning, so we started booking one-off sessions with her just for some guidance. She was so helpful in keeping us on track with planning and helping us deter…mine where to spend vs. where to save. We came to rely on her so much that we actually decided it was worth it to fly her out for the wedding! Truly THE BEST decision we made. She allowed us to totally turn our brains off so that we could be fully present on our wedding day. Our main concern going in was that we would be so anxious or so preoccupied with logistics that we wouldn't be able to enjoy the day. Meredith took care of logistics, worked with the venue coordinator, lovingly retouched my makeup and hair, and even gave me a quiet place to catch my breath when I got overstimulated in the morning. She even tidied our room and left us a tray of snacks for when we came back to the room at the end of the night. Our photographer said Meredith is the best coordinator she has ever worked with, and our whole family is now obsessed with her. I'm tearing up writing this, because it was truly one of our very favorite days ever and Meredith was a HUGE part of that.

We cannot express enough how invaluable Meredith was to our wedding. Leading up to our big day, we faced a few major disasters and it felt like everything was falling apart. Meredith swooped in like a superhero and went above and beyond to solve problems and coach us through it.
From the very begin…ning, she was on top of literally every detail. When we had to find a new officiate five days before the wedding, she provided a speech for the replacement (and even offered to officiate herself, if needed). When my dress ripped right before our first dance, she calmly and expertly stitched me into my dress like a professional seamstress.
As someone who also struggles with panic attacks and didn’t want to be the center of attention, Meredith provided me with so many tools and coping strategies to help me navigate the day. She organized everything down to the tiniest details, allowing us to enjoy our wedding without any stress.
I never wanted a "perfect" wedding; I just wanted a day that flowed smoothly. Thanks to Meredith, our day was not only smooth but also absolutely perfect in every way. I can't imagine having done any of this without her guidance, support, and expertise. She not only has years of experience, but she is truly invested and passionate about helping brides.

Hiring Meredith as our day-of coordinator was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. We had not planned to hire any planner/coordinator because we thought we could handle it ourselves and quite frankly wasn't in our budget. We initially only planned on doing a consult call with Meredi…th to help with our timeline and planned on executing it ourselves, but that consult call made us realize how invaluable it would be to have her with us on our wedding day. So, we booked her for our January wedding in Philadelphia. Coordinating her travel to/stay in Philadelphia was super easy and she was flexible. The month leading up to the wedding was probably the least stressful part of wedding planning because she was communicating with our vendors and venue to iron out the details. We ran into some frustrations, but she was able to work them out and she had resolutions we would not have thought of. When she arrived for our wedding, everything went perfectly. She ran our rehearsal which allowed us to see where there were issues or where things didn't make sense and she adjusted our ceremony accordingly. She even cared for my wedding dress the night before the wedding because I did not have a place to keep it where it wouldn't be seen by the groom or ruined by our cats. Meredith is so knowledgeable and truly only wants the best for her couples. You can tell she cares so much about ensuring that the day is focused on the couple and making sure they enjoy every moment. On our wedding day, we were able to be present and not worry about the next "to do", we were not stressed at all, and we did not have to look at the time once. I can only imagine the stress we would have been under had we not had Meredith by our sides. If you're even thinking of hiring Meredith, do it! We would not have enjoyed our day as much as we did if she was not with us. My only regret is not having her through the whole wedding planning process! (She will also run out of photographs 😜 see Meredith in action running out of the aisle shot after fixing my veil and train of my dress lol)

Meredith created the absolute wedding of my dreams! I worked so hard on all the little details and I knew I needed someone to come in the last month and make it all come together! And she did just that and so much more! My wedding party and family wasn’t sure I needed an outside planner when my venu…e already came with one, but I knew I had to do it. And everyone after the wedding was just raving about Meredith and how amazing and necessary she really was! I could go on for so long about all the amazing little things she did on my wedding day! If there was a problem, I didn’t know about it. She put me first and made sure I had the most perfect and stress free day! My new husband (who didn’t want me to spend the money on a planner) literally told me he was wrong and that he was so happy we had her on our big day! She was essential to our big day and I will forever be grateful for all the hard work she put into making our big day perfect! THANK YOU MEREDITH!
