I had a marvelous idea to customize some utility pouches for ease and I called multiple places all to no avail, I even recall calling Sew Much More and all while outside their place of business, only to be angrily answered and annoyed by some lady who made it obvious she was upset for me being there… yet still within their stated work hours. Not the case at all w Moonbow Alterations, I called and the lady said she’s close to closing and what I needed, and to go ahead and come on down and knock and she will open for me. She was very kind and intuitive and we both attempted to find a plausible solution to my alterations, and even though we didn’t at that time, it is by me a high commendation to give Moonbow Alterations your sewing needs to take on. The lady was kind, profesional, and pondered constantly as to how we could put forth my idea, and we went about it for a minute. The fact that she gave priority to their good work ethic and practices, despite knowing it might not be possible what I am wanting, and still have me come down there and open up for me, that is customer appreciation and value. . .

This is the best alterations in town. Alice has extensive knowledge in fabrics, manufacturing in textiles and used the exact or same thread color for my unique slacks. I tried them on after her work, and the break in the front was perfect while covering the back of my shoes enough that they stride w…ell when I walk. She's a very sweet person and will make sure you are satisfied with the alterations as they come out perfect. She has deep roots with her clients spanning decades. You won't want to go elsewhere.

Very low cost and quick service. I had 3 things that need to be fixed because I didn’t ever learn to mend, I needed a button on a dress put on, a shirt mended that had a tear in the seam, and some leggings that had a traen in the seam as well. The grand total was only $3. She asked if I needed them …today which I didn’t but it could’ve been done quick if I had said yes! The lady was nice and fair! Will be going back & recommending her to others.
