I could not say enough about how great Paul and the staff here are. First, I came as a result of a gift. Paul treated me with tremendous dignity, respect, and attentiveness. Paul provided unparalleled customer service. He explained style tips, made sure every aspect of my experience was beyond compa…re. He was tremendously kind, thoughtful, and diligent to my needs and questions. There was a minor miscommunication (probably on my part), but Paul, even in the busy prom season did every last thing he could to see that I was taken care of. It’s been years since I had been in a men’s clothing store, but Paul demonstrated a timeless type of customer care that his business was founded on. I truly have never received a more selfless and compassionate approach to customer service, and I could not recommend this story any more highly. I feel privileged to have walked in and I know that every person who works with the staff here will be blessed. Great store, owner, and staff.
