I write this as I lay here after an amazing night! Yesterday was my daughter's Quinceanera, and Valle de Luna did an amazing job!! I was reading the reviews and I seriously can't believe what I was reading. I signed the contract last year, and since May till now, Karla was very attentive, keeping me… informed and involved at all times, asking me questions on how I envisioned the venue, I loved how she would ask me for inspiration pictures -and I love that because she was able to envision exactly how I envisioned it to be. I can honestly tell you I always have parties. I usually have them at my house because I have the huge space. And even in my own personal parties, something can go wrong. Something can go missing, and any little hiccups that we possibly could've had she was there to fix it, offer alternatives and solely, the little hiccups weren't her fault. It could have been things that happened with other vendors --- and she would look for other options and at the day of the event she made it all work. I felt Karla was my personal event planner, it was so hard for me to let go of the other wheel and let someone else drive, Im usually trying to do everything. For the event like the one I had, she kept reassuring that I will not be disappointed, and the point of her packages was so that she can take care of everything and I can just relax. . It was hard to relax. That was the only bad part on my side, but I couldn't be so grateful and thankful of her, her husband, and her staff. All night my guest were continuously wowing, impressed and constantly giving me good compliments of the decoration. The space and I can assure that we had a little bit more than 600 people. The food was enough for everyone and we still had leftovers and to mention the food was great and amazing everyone loved it. . She gave me great pointers, and satisfied everything that was in our contract. Her robots were great the party Bus the kids loved it , very professional., and if you care to know, I got her deluxe package and I am glad I did all I had to worry about on my side. It was a photographer and the dress or the live band if you guys needed it. I 100% recommend them. I feel everyone should give them a chance and not go by those comments that I read. I even felt disrespected and I have nothing to do with the venue. lol .. also the cake was very delicious by the way my daughter chose it, the way it wouldn't be something I would pick, but they satisfied my daughter's request. I I will post the pictures of my event so you can see how full it was and how great they took care of all of my guest. right now, I am adding pictures of when they were decorating it the cake and my daughter and her big table. I just had the event yesterday so I need to gather more for you guys.
